Extended Warranty - 12 Months for 1 Shrinker!

NOTE: You need one Extended Warranty for each Shrinker purchased. 

Give yourself extra peace of mind with an additional 12 months of contractual warranty cover for one Shrinker, starting after your standard 12-month Wholly Shrink! manufacturer's warranty ends.

This Extended Warranty covers eligible manufacturing faults or defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, over-compacting, commercial use, or failure to follow the care instructions.

Multiple Shrinkers

If you are buying more than one Shrinker, you need one Extended Warranty for each Shrinker you want covered for the full second year.

Because Shrinkers do not have individual serial numbers, Extended Warranty cover is applied to your order as a whole and divided evenly across the Shrinkers purchased in that order.

To receive the full additional 12 months of cover for each Shrinker, you must purchase one Extended Warranty for each Shrinker in the same order.

Examples

1 Shrinker + 1 Extended Warranty = full second-year cover for that Shrinker, months 13-24.

2 Shrinkers + 1 Extended Warranty = each Shrinker receives 6 months of extended cover, months 13-18.

2 Shrinkers + 2 Extended Warranties = both Shrinkers receive full second-year cover, months 13-24.

Important New Zealand consumer law notice

This Extended Warranty is optional. You do not need to buy it to receive your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, products bought for personal, domestic or household use must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match their description, and last for a reasonable time. These rights may apply even after the standard warranty or Extended Warranty has ended.

The Extended Warranty gives you a defined additional contractual warranty for eligible manufacturing faults during the extended warranty period. It does not replace, restrict or limit your Consumer Guarantees Act rights.

You may cancel the Extended Warranty within 5 working days after receiving a copy of the Extended Warranty agreement and receive a full refund of the Extended Warranty price.
